CHAMPIONS LEAGUE RECAP
Bayern lost, Porto lost. I don’t know about you, but yesterday was a good day for me. I can’t stand Porto’s drib drab football. A big thank you to Chelsea for a clean 2-0. Mbappe could’ve had a hattrick against Bayern, but Neuer had other plans. Every time i watch Neymar play for PSG, i understand why he left the dark side. Nothing to do with money. He simply wants to conduct, control and be the one giving the final pass on every play. Not something he could do at Barca with Messi there doing same. At PSG, he’s been having the time of his life being at the center of every play.
BIG WEEK
This is a big week for both Militao and Nacho in the absence of Ramos (injury) & Varane (Covid). Still no word yet on Ramos signing an extention with us. And with news of Varane unrest/departure brewing. Next season could look very different at the back.
DOOMSDAY CLOCK COUNTDOWN: DAY 3
Lads, the air is calm, our fate in our palm. The feeling is qualm, Ramos needs a healing balm. The winds are singing, the bells are ringing. What is this feeling? an ominous reeling. Things could go well, but who knows tomorrow to tell? Dead men tell no tales, Gareth thinks only of Wales. The hour is fast approaching, anxiety loves encroaching. Two more days till they board the bus. God be with us.
BARCA UPDATE
Coutinho & Fati could both be out for the rest of the season due to multiple bad surgeries. Not good for Fati as this could severely hamper or end his career if things continue like this.
ICYMI:
We at MM continue to stand behind Misa, our Femenino keeper, after she was the subject of uncalled for misogynistic abuse over a tweet she posted. Lahoz has been named as the referee for the upcoming clasico. Vinicius continues to show his strong mentality as he speaks on ignoring outside criticism.
