Mino Raiola is always good for a golden quote or two. The super agent has a number of top class players as clients: Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Mathias De Ligt, and of course Erling Haaland. Spanish publication, Diario AS, secured an interview with Raiola, where he discussed a potential transfer of Erling Haaland to Real Madrid.

“Real Madrid are interested and can afford Haaland,” the agent revealed. “They have money to sign him. Although other clubs are also interested in the Norwegian striker.”
Borussia Dortmund have come out on multiple occasions stressing the importance of keeping Haaland for another year. But, if the player demands a transfer, there may not be much the club can do to deny an unsettled player a move.
In addition to discussing the Haaland rumors, the agent spoke about his opinion on the Super League. “The Super League is not a problem, with both the Super League and the Champions League at the same time, it would be the public who decided what to watch.”
Whether Real Madrid have the money for Haaland after the failed Super League project is still unknown. Raiola may be throwing out Real Madrid’s name to increase the value of his client.
