This was expected news, as Kaci has been a fixture in David Aznar’s eleven, starting 30 of 33 matches in the league so far. She has been utilized as a box-to-box enforcer, whether that be in a double pivot, midfield three, or diamond midfield. Her ability to contribute to all phases of play is partially reflected in her goal total of five on the season.
Kaci has been here since day one, signing for CD Tacón in 2019/20 and was signed to improve Real Madrid Femenino’s quality in the immediate-term, being currently aged 31. It remains to be seen whether she’ll keep her starter role with all the new midfield transfers that have been rumored, such as Claudia Zornoza and Kheira Hamraoui, but Kaci will probably always have a contributing role as long as she’s fit and David Aznar is around.
