Real Madrid drew 1-1 against Rayo Vallecano this Sunday in what was the team’s second training match of the pre-season before the true friendly games kick off over the next few days.

No official match reports have been published but the Spanish media said that Isco scored Madrid’s one and only goal of the day from the penalty spot after Latasa was fouled inside the box. Victor Chust scored an own-goal for Rayo’s equalizer.

Real Madrid will play their first pre-season friendly against Glasgow Rangers next Sunday, so coach Carlo Ancelotti will surely use this week to keep working on his tactics and his system.

Los Blancos beat Fuenlabrada 3-1 last Sunday in yet another training match, and while Ancelotti and his staff are still missing the players who were on international duty for the Euro and the Copa America, it looks like Madrid still have plenty of things to work on before the season kicks off in just a month.
