Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti would be keen on reuniting with his former attacker in Everton, Richarlison, and has even been in touch with the attacker in recent weeks, according to a report from Goal.
While Ancelotti could be interested in reuniting with Richarlison in Madrid, the club will likely stay put in the transfer market if they can’t sign Kylian Mbappe away from Paris Saint-Germain this summer. Richarlison wouldn’t be an affordable signing for Los Blancos, so this seems to be one of the classic reports which suggest that a coach wants one of his former players in his new project.
Furthermore, Richarlison is more comfortable on the left wing, which is also Hazard and Vinicius’ favorite spot. That means that while the Brazilian attacker could be an intriguing option as Benzema’s backup if Madrid can get rid of both Jovic and Mariano’s contracts, this particular transfer rumor is not very likely.
