The injury cost analysis.
As reported by Robert Husby, the site Betiton.com published a very interesting analysis of how much the clubs spent on injury during the period between April 2020 and March 2021.
It’s no surprise to us that Eden Hazard, with 252 days injuried, is the first player with most expensive injuries.
Real Madrid is also the club who spent the most on injuried players (£38,253,143). PSG came in second (£35,110,929) and Barcelona was the third (£34,875,571).
Euro’s final is settled.
England reached the final after winning 2-1 against Denmark in the extra-time. However, there was a controvery regarding the penalty. Mourinho has commented, stating that even though England won and were the best team, the penalty should have not been given:“it’s never a penalty”. Arsene Wenger also think it’s no penalty:
Arsène Wenger on Mark Clattenburg agreeing that it was not a penalty: "If the referees agree with us, what can you say, that doesn't often happen!" (BeIN)
