Real Madrid announce squad for pre-season match against Milan

Real Madrid have published their squad list for Sunday’s pre-season match against AC Milan, which will be the team’s last friendly before the 2021-2022 season kicks off next Sunday.

REAL MADRID SQUAD LIST:

Goalkeepers: Courtois, Lunin and Luis López.

Defenders: Militão, Alaba, Nacho, Marcelo, Chust and Miguel Gutiérrez.

Midfielders: Modrić, Casemiro, Lucas V., Ødegaard, Isco, Blanco, Marvin and Arribas.

Attackers: Vini Jr., Mariano, Rodrygo, Bale and Jović.

Key players like Courtois, Militao, Alaba, Modric or Casemiro are back with the team and should be ready to play some minutes, although coach Ancelotti could decide to keep them on the bench until the last portion of the game.

Real Madrid need to show some improvements after the disappointing pre-season debut against Rangers two weeks ago. Los Blancos lost that game and more importantly never controlled the tempo of the game. This will be another opportunity for Jovic or Odegaard to prove their worth.
