Real Madrid have published their squad list for Sunday’s home match against Celta Vigo.

Goalkeepers: Courtois, Lunin and Luis López.

Defenders: Carvajal, E. Militão, Vallejo, Nacho, Marcelo, F. Mendy and Miguel.

Midfielders: Modrić, Casemiro, Valverde, Lucas V., Isco, Camavinga and Blanco.

Attackers: Hazard, Benzema, Asensio, Vini Jr., Rodrygo and Mariano.

David Alaba will miss the game after not training with the squad today, and so will Gareth Bale, who picked up a hamstring injury in training. No report has been published about Alaba yet.

Coach Carlo Ancelotti will almost certainly deploy Militao and Nacho in the center of the team’s defensive line. Mendy will also be expected to return to the starting lineup after recovering from the injury he suffered in the last third of the 2020-2021 season. Camavinga could make his debut with the team and even feature in the lineup if Casemiro and Valverde can’t play 90 minutes following their late games in the past FIFA break.
