Real Madrid have published their squad list for Wednesday’s away match against Inter Milan, which will be their first of the 2021-2022 Champions League season.

REAL MADRID SQUAD:

Goalkeepers: Courtois, Lunin and Toni Fuidias.

Defenders: Carvajal, E. Militão, Alaba, Vallejo, Nacho and Miguel.

Midfielders: Modrić, Casemiro, Valverde, Lucas V., Isco, Camavinga and Blanco.

Forwards: Hazard, Benzema, Asensio, Jović, Vini Jr., Rodrygo and Mariano.

David Alaba is back with the team and his presence will be crucial, given that both Mendy and Marcelo will not be available after picking up muscle injuries today. Apparently, both Mendy and Marcelo were going to be ready to play this game but they suffered some kind of relapse right after recovering from their own injuries.

Jovic is also back with the team and he will be the team’s backup striker. Coach Carlo Ancelotti could need to manage his squad properly if he wants to keep his players fresh ahead of Sunday’s visit to Valencia.
