Post-game.

What a great pass from Camavinga to Rodrygo! The boy just arrived and it seems he is feeling no pressure at all. Real’s victory over Inter was covered in the Immediate Reaction, Players Ratings and Three Questions and Three Answers articles. You can see Carlo’s comments about the game in McTear’s article.

Militao put a great performance.

Guti praised Vinicius Junior.

The one who can become the king of La Liga is Vinicius. He has something different that’s lacking in all other top 5 leagues in Europe. But for the moment, the king is Benzema

Napoli’s President comments about a new league.

Aurelio De Laurentiis, Napoli’s President, made interesting comments about the need of a new European league:

We’re working on a new €10B European League, with a democratic system of entry, based on what teams achieve in domestic competitions (unlike the Super League). The UCL doesn’t generate enough income for the clubs.

If we don’t change the rules of the game and make it a better spectacle, young people will abandon us, people between the ages of 8 and 25 have stopped watching football and prefer playing with smartphones. The system doesn’t work anymore.

Carlo and Alaba as Central Back.

Carlo probably surprised many of us today with Nacho as left-back and Alaba as central-back. After the game, he stated that, without emergencies, Alaba will play centrally. According to Marca, the reason is Alaba’s quality with the ball and as CB he can use more his leadership skills.

What do you think about his choice for the game?
