Real Madrid host Mallorca in a game which should be a great opportunity for coach Carlo Ancelotti to make some rotations and rest veterans like Modric or Benzema. Ancelotti himself explained during his pre-match press conference that some changes are indeed needed.

Real Madrid predicted XI: Courtois, Vazquez, Militao, Alaba, Miguel, Blanco, Camavinga, Isco, Rodrygo, Asensio, Jovic.

Mallorca predicted XI: Reina, Sastre, Valljent, Olivan, Costa, Battaglia, Baba, Rodriguez, Junior, Kubo, Mboula.

It’s hard to predict what Ancelotti will do with his starting lineup tonight, but young players like Camavinga, Miguel, Blanco, Rodrygo or Jovic should get a chance to prove their worth tonight, given that they are solid and ready enough to take care of Mallorca at home.

However, it’s also true that coaches don’t like to drastically change their whole team in any game, so Ancelotti could very well keep some of his regulars in the lineup even if they need some rest.
