Real Madrid have published their squad list for Tuesday’s match against Sheriff Tiraspol in the UEFA Champions League.

Goalkeepers: Courtois, Lunin, Luis López.

Defenders: E. Militão, Alaba, Vallejo, Nacho, Miguel.

Midfielders: Kroos, Modrić, Casemiro, Valverde, Lucas V., Isco, Camavinga, Blanco.

Forwards: Hazard, Benzema, Asensio, Jović, Vini Jr., Rodrygo, Mariano.

As expected, midfielder Toni Kroos is back on the squad list after recovering from the pubalgia he picked up before the start of the 2021-2021 season. Kroos could make his season debut against Sheriff, although the most likely and realistic scenario has him coming off the bench and playing just a few minutes to improve his form, conditioning and confidence.

Other than that, Hazard could feature in the starting XI tomorrow as he tries to regain his old form. This game offers Ancelotti a good opportunity to rotate veterans like Benzema or Modric and he should take advantage of that.
