After a bad run in the past few weeks, Las Blancas are up to face Paris FC in the third matchday of the UEFA Women’s Champions League. Real Madrid are currently sitting on the third place of group D with 1 point behind BK Häcken and Chelsea. The white club have already drawn against Chelsea and lost against Häcken in the first two matchdays of the group stage.
Paris FC have lost both of their games and they await Real Madrid at Stade Charléty in hopes of gaining their first points in the competition. Las Blancas are in a tricky situation where if they lose points in Paris, the chances of passing to the next stage would become much thinner. Real Madrid have conceded 14 goals in the last 5 matches, including 4 of them in Champions League. Their proneness to defensive errors will be the main advantage for their rivals as the French team feeds off possession and control.
The kick-off is on Thursday, December 14th, at 18:45 CET on Stade Charléty.
