Real Madrid gem Arda Güler has recovered from the multiple injuries he suffered after signing for the club last summer and is on track to make his club debut when Los Blancos host Mallorca in the first game of 2024 this Wednesday.

If everything goes according to plan, Güler could come off the bench late in the game assuming Real Madrid have a manageable lead on the scoreboard. Ancelotti and his coaching staff will be very patient with Güler before they actually give him the chance to play meaningful minutes, knowing that he will be very rusty and needing to improve his conditioning before he can make a real impact on the field.

Güler is still 18 years old and should not be expected to be a crucial player on Real Madrid’s rotation this season, even if his potential as an attacking midfielder appears to be off the charts.
